I am so ashamed...../ Seed Savers MMGM

Um... Hi! I haven't blogged in.... about 3 months. I have been so busy and I just wanna apologize for that..... my mistake. I have read many books in this time, but the one I really want to feature is Seed Savers by S. Smith.

Here is Goodread's plot description:

Two kids, two bikes, and an idea they can change their world.

My review: 

Wow. As a fan of veggies, fruits and all things natural, this book was definitely a shocker- in a good way. The characters- Claire, Ana and Dante being the main ones, are very well described and vivid. 

I liked how S. Smith made the future very realistic. Many things were the same, which is a nice break from the usual post-apocalyptic future found in most books. 

I guess the only cons for me are that it was either way to mellow and nothing was happening, or everything was happening and you couldn't make sense of anything. There was hardly ever that perfect medium.


I hate myself for posting such a short review..... But I am so busy currently. 

Quick quick quick review of Pi in the Sky by Wendy Mass

So like I have said a couple trillion times, I'm super super busy. Like, hardly any time to breathe busy. But I did read Pi in the Sky, so I'm going to do a super quick review of it. I's blogging time!!

I say: 

Well, Wendy Mass is one of my favorite authors, but I did not think this was her best! It was a overall good book, but some parts kind of bored me to death! Sometimes, there was to much details, or he details were not clear or no details at all (which, by the way, totally kills a book in my opinion). So in all, I would give this book 4 stars for the good plot, and humor. 

So I am *so* sorry I can't blog anymore. I have *so* much stuff to do. As you can see I *really* like using the little asterisks now. It's fun! Anyway, I gotta go. I have been doing a whole lot of reading lately. Sadly, some of the books where so horrible that I could not even finish. So you can avoid those books, here is the list.

MMGM: A Snicker of Magic by Natalie Lloyd

Here is the review for A Snicker of Magic!

Plot Summary:

Felicity Pickle loves words. She can see them floating over people's heads. Her family never settles down; they are always moving around. So when her family settles down in her mom's hometown, Midnight Gulch, Felicity discovers that there is still a snicker of magic left in the town, and it is up to her and her new friend Jonah to find it.



Review:

A Snicker of Magic is a heartwarming book, but nothing more. I didn't connect with the characters, and I don't think it is anything special. It's good, but in my opinion a waste of time because there are much better books out there. It just seemed fake, with kids who act like adults, and a nail place/ oil change place (???) . Also, let's be honest, who says "what the hayseed"?  Like seriously, who says that?
